You write to us, we write back — usually within a working day. We ask about the room, the light, the plumbing, the plan.
A sketch, then samples.
We send a scale drawing and small metal swatches in the finishes you are considering. Live with them for a week.
You confirm.
Your bath goes into the ledger. We take a fifty-per-cent deposit — the balance is paid on the day it leaves us.
Six weeks, and then delivered.
Made by hand, in Kent. Delivered by our own team, unwrapped on-site, and set exactly where you want it.
We answer every letter.
