A bespoke commission begins with a conversation — usually a photograph, sometimes an architect’s drawing, occasionally just a sentence. From there we sketch, quote, and if the piece is right, we build it.
What we make to order
- Baths in non-standard lengths, depths, and profiles
- Basins to specific rim diameters and countertop cut-outs
- Kitchen sinks with matched drainer boards
- Restored or replicated pieces from period drawings and photographs
- Fittings, brackets, and copperware to complement existing work
How it works
- Send us the measurements and a photograph — email Sales@heritagehardware.co.uk
- We reply within three working days with an initial sketch and a fixed quote
- On acceptance, we raise a 50% deposit and enter the workshop queue
- Lead time is typically 14–22 weeks from deposit; longer for the largest pieces
- Balance is paid before dispatch; delivered to any address in the UK or crated for international freight
